One flat all-inclusive price per confirmed consult, the same for every doctor, charged when you book. No subscriptions, no seat licences, nothing in the weeks you don't book. The current price is shown in the live demo and before every booking. Cancel more than 24 hours before the consult and the whole payment comes back. Inside 24 hours a small late-cancellation fee stands and the rest is refunded. If the doctor ever cancels, you are refunded in full no matter when.

You get a standing page at your own link: your clinic name and logo on Consulta's booking form, with your chosen consult topics. Set your own patient price, drop the button on your website, and patients pick a live time from the verified panel and pay there. You keep the margin on every consult, and cancellations refund the patient automatically.

Not from anything we send. For bookings you make, confirmations go out in your clinic's name, the doctor presents as part of your team, and Consulta never contacts the patients you book on its own behalf.

Doctors are only paid for consults they confirm, and you're notified of every recorded outcome with a review window before any payout runs. If something looks wrong, flag it from your bookings page: the payout holds automatically while the Consulta team investigates, and upheld flags are refunded.

Through the booking itself. Your intake goes on when you book. If the doctor creates a document after the consult, they upload it to the same record and your team is notified. Every file is scoped to your clinic, that doctor, and the Consulta team.

We do, before they're ever visible: documents, AHPRA registration, insurance scope that covers telehealth prescribing in the vertical, and identity. Credentials are re-checked on a schedule, and a doctor whose status changes is unbookable within minutes.
